Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies
1 cup Crisco or butter
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups peanut butter chips
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups peanut butter chips
Beat Crisco and sugars till creamy. Add vanilla, eggs, baking powder, cocoa, and pudding mix; beat till well combined. Gradually add the flour and the the peanut butter chips. Drop by large dough balls onto buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
